My friends and I had a great weekend at this house for quick getaway. The house is beautiful and perfect for entertaining and enjoying the great weather. The house is in a perfect location on the lake with plenty of privacy. Easily can accomodate a large group for dining, grilling, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice vacation.

Our group of 3 families gathered for 2012 New Years celebration and had a great time. The unit is very spacious and clean. Owner provided plenty of firewood for the fireplace. View out of the living room is simply amazing. Tons of toys and books for kids of all ages. Kitchen has plenty of dishes to accommodate even large groups of people. Looking forward to come back! This place was exactly as described. Our family, young and old, had ample space. The owner was MORE than accommodating and all of our needs and wants were met. Such a wonderful setting with the absolute best place to watch the sun rise. We would, most definitely, come again!!! I can see that it would be a great gathering space at ANYTIME of the year.

A group of my college buddies rented this house for our annual fall trip. There were 14 of us and the accomodations and experience were perfect. There is plenty of room inside for a large group of adults to hang out if the weather does not permit. And if the weather is nice, the access to the lake speaks for itself. The grill and fireplace are also great ammenities and proximity to the Walmart and Mukwonago retail make the location even more desirable. I highly recommend this rental to groups and families of all ages.

Great property for a gathering

We rented the property for a weekend gathering and couldn't have picked a better place. It was even better than the pictures portrayed. There was plenty of room for everyone. The nice open layout between the kitchen and the living room, with the large windows overlooking the lake, was great for hanging out and enjoy the landscape. We also spent a lot of time outside on the large balcony that wraps around the entire house enjoying the view. The pool table and dart boards came in handy at night for entertainment. A friend of mine brought his boat. We were able to leave it docked in the water right in front, and only had to walk a few steps when we wanted to go on the lake. Overall, everybody had a great time and we would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous lake house on an awesome lake

This lake house is beautiful. It was spotless when we arrived. My family, sisters and their children all had a memorable time. My 3-year old caught dozens off fish right off the spacious pier. We especially loved the large dining table and generous sleeping accommodations. The weather was just perfect for our weekly stay in August. Thanks to the owner for recommending “Good Time Rentals” – they were great. Really loved that they delivered to the dock.

Perfect Home for Large Extended Families

The layout of the house and the varied bedrooms and bed variety fit us to a tee. We had two familes share and the kids loved the lower level as their own living/sleeping area. Kitchen and common areas had everything needed and the decks, one screened- in were lovely to sit and play games or read a book. Lake Beulah was a very nice clean lake, We were able to rent a pontoon and dock it on the home's large pier. Renting a boat enabled us to tour the lake, play in the nearby sandy area or just float in the middle while the kids jumped in. We also had a jet-ski and that was great to have as everyone loved it and its safe b/c there wasn't much traffic on this lake. Finally, we're from the north burbs of Chicago and it was so easy to get there, under two hours. I would recommend this house for everyone except those less mobile that might find the steep walk down to the dock daunting.

A bunch of my buddiesand I went up over Labor Day weekend, and it was a blast. We played volleyball, bags, and brought a few jet-skis up. It was a great house, and a great setting to spend the days outside bbqing, playing voleyball, and enjoy the great weather. Hopefully we will be back. Thanks for the great place.

Our large family group of 15 stayed very comfortably in this home. There were enough bedrooms for 4 couples to have private rooms which was nice. The house was clean and well equipped with all conveniences. We especially enjoyed the huge table which easily sat our whole group for meals. The screened porch was wonderful in the evening. Renting a boat gave us the best ability to enjoy the huge lake. Very private setting, very comfortable with lots of room to hang out. We would definitely return.

Great Winter Getaway

Our bookclub group of 8 women just spent the weekend in this beuatiful home. The house had lots of bedrooms which was great, wonderful communal spaces that worked well for discussions around the fire, a great farmhouse table that held all of us ( and cuoold have held 8 more), many bottles of wine and tons of food we prepared. The kithcen came equipped with lots of china, flatware, glassware and pots and pans. The house was clean adn well maintained. The owner called us the morning after we arrived to make sure we were settled in and did not have any questions or problems,and offered information about nearby activities -a very nice touch. The house is right on the lake with beautiful vista out the windows and off the decks of the lake. We hiked on the lake and met ice fisherman and many others that even in the winter used the lake. The Elegant Farmer was a wonderful country style grocer just down the road with wonderful prepared foods and desserts that enhanced our meals. There were not many fine dining choices in town, but there were grocery stores and necessities were easily had within 10 minutes, and Lake Geneva was a side trip we considered . The house was a two hour drive from downtown Chicago on a snowy winter Friday night. It truly was a wonderful place to relax and unwind, and while there were many activities within 30 minutes, we were quite content to enjoy the wonderful house. This house would also be fabulous for a group of families or a group of adults that wanted to partake in outdoor activities.

Our visit celebrated the 20th anniversary of our bi-annual family reunions coinciding our Mom's 80th birthday. Our group of 17 people stay at a different location each time we get together and your home is now one of the favorites. The rooms are spacious, the setting picturesque, many folks swam from the pier each day, others played pool downstairs or cards on the deck, still others parked in the comfy chairs with a book for hours. We hiked, biked and boated and dined at the supersized harvest table each night with plenty of kitchen and tableware. The house is very thoughtfully equipped and we all had a great time. Thanks! If you are looking for a place where all guests can hang out around the kitchen table, this is the place! The huge table and eating area is just what our gang needed for all our meals and game playing. This house is secluded from neighbors which was another bonus.

I and 9 others - who are not an easy group by the way - stayed at this terriffic house just after the new year. This place is everything you hope for in a rental: spacious, comfortable, extraordinary view, appointed, clean, secluded, dreamy. We cooked, we laughed in front of the fireplace, we had all ten at beautiful dinners in the dining room. We really had a fantastic time. We are looking at our calendars so that we can experience this beautiful spot in all the other seasons.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the lakehouse! It was a great place to spend time with out of town relatives and all of our children. There was plenty of room for everyone from 1 - 95.

HI, We spent a week here July 2007. My sister from MT and brothers from WI joined us. There was plenty to do. The kids, ages 9 months to 17 years loved it and found alot to do. The house fit all of us and the kitchen had eveything we needed to fed the troops. We rented a pontoon boat for the week so use of the pier was appreciated. Our group of twelve adults had a wonderful time at this home during the Memorial Day weekend. I was very impressed with how spacious the house was. There was plenty of room for all of my guests and me to sleep comfortably, with much room to spare! I was pleased to find that the kitchen had plenty of cooking and serving utensils and the house was well stocked with towels and linens. The view of the lake from the master suite, living room and eating area is absolutely gorgeous, and the hammock on the deck was my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. My group and I never ran out of things to do, and simply relaxing by the fire provided ample entertainment for the night. I would highly recommend this house to groups of family or friends looking for a lovely vacation home to spend a week or a weekend, either to relax or to enjoy the numerous activities that are available.

Mark, Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time this weekend. The house was perfect for our group. There are so few that are as large as yours, and we appreciated all the amenities. Everybody loved the view of the lake, and we made good use of the fireplace in the evening. Having the four bathrooms helped when you have 10 women. It was absolutely perfect for our family's wedding weekend! My family and my brother's & sister's families were very comfortable in the house. We had a total of 17 people and never felt crowded. The only unfortunate drawback was that we couldn't fully enjoy all of the outdoor amentities. The weather was cold and there was still some snow on the ground. Dispite that the kids had plenty of indoor activities. Everything was clean and modern. There was a well stocked kitchen for preparing large family dinners. I wouldn't hesitate to rent your home again. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at your house. It comfortably accomodated 7 adults and 7 kids. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful views, yard and lakefront. Absolutely fabulous! Our family thouroghly enjoyed the week. The view is breathtaking from anyone of the 3 balconies/screened porch that overlook the lake. Comfortably slept 18 people with ample room for kids and adults to play and socialize. Clean, modern and provided all the comforts of home as well. Well stocked kitchen for entertaining. Games, books and nature for all ages. Thanksgiving was unseasonably warm so we were able to walk down to the lake and enjoy fishing and walks along the water....just an added bonus! Fire wood was in ample supply to keep both the indoor fire place and the outdoor fire pit going at our whim. Not only will I look to rent your home again, but after showing friends the pictures and sharing stories of our trip, they have asked for information and contact numbers to rent the property also. This is such a perfect retreat for our family. It's rustic and modern at the same time. The bedrooms are large, the view is spectacular, and the location is perfectly situated on the lake. I was surprised by all the amenities, especially in the kitchen. Some rental homes only have a small number of plates, cups, pans, etc. Your home was truly outfitted for families. I cant believe you even had sippy cups! Wonderful.

We stayed in the house for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was wonderful! We couldn't believe how well-stocked the kitchen was and what a great view there was from all floors of the house. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings (especially after a day of skiing at Alpine Valley) and grilled up some great food on your grill. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving! Wow, what more can we say about this beautiful view! This cabin is perfect for families (especially with small children). We enjoyed turning the porch lights on and watching the snow fall. We made warm fires in the massive living room fireplace. Your kitchen has all of the essentials for preparing a Thanksgiving feast.
