Spectacular views. Three level, split level home with three decks overlooking Lake Estes, and Estes Valley. Very convenient to town (about 3 miles ) and Rocky Mountain National Park. Mary's Lake is just a short distance away. The house is on a two 1/2 acre lot. There are three decks facing 2 facing east and one south. The home was built around a rock,it is in the corner of the living room!
There are two queen-sized beds, one full, two twins. In addition, the family room has a queen-size pullout couch. The bedrooms are divided between two on the upper level and one on the lower level so that guests can spread out and have their privacy.
Very peaceful and relaxing,you will very often see deer, elk, racoons and humming birds right in the yard. Last summer we even had a couple of bear sightings! All of the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated with your utmost comfort in mind. All of the walls in the home are panelled in a variety of wood finishes. The fully-equiped kitchen is spacious and there is a bar along the window where you can sit, eat and enjoy the scenery.There is also a formal dining room. Sit outdoors on the patio and have a picnic if you please. Nowhere in the world have we ever seen so many rainbows, often even double and triple rainbows!
We have very many repeat guests year after year from all over the United States. Make your reservations early as we book up fast especially for the summer months. It is a beautiful area year around. In the fall,there are less crowds and the wildlife even becomes more plentiful.The winter brings beautiful snowfalls and fun winter activities. Eldora Ski Area is about an hour away, you can enjoy snow shoeing and cross country skiing. When you come stay at our home, remember to bring only your personal belongings, you will find everything you need to make you feel right at home.
