Drive to Siesta Key beaches in only 10 minutes and Southgate Mall and the many restaurants of Tamiami Trail are equally close.
With new marble flooring, plantation style blinds, neutral colours throughout the accomodation is perfectly arranged for entertaining and would suit a family or 3 couples. The large living room has a cathedral ceiling into a galleried landing area,fireplace,large comfy sofa with 2 armchairs and a gorgeous chaise longue in the reading area. The armoire contains cable TV,DVD and VCR players.
The sunny white well equipped kitchen has granite counters and opens to the dining area, seating 6, and den with TV and two reclining chairs ( 1 electric) Sliding doors lead out to the large covered lanai with sofa chairs and loungers overlooking the sparkling new heated pool with outdoor shower! Eat al fresco at the poolside under a huge umbrella, gas grill provided, or enjoy a romantic moonlight swim in a fully screened tropical paradise of your own!
The large master bedroom also opening onto the poolside has a king electrical adjustable bed, new marble double shower en suite , and huge closet space. There is a third bathroom with full tub/ shower on the ground floor, ideal for guests.
Upstairs a long gallery leads to two pretty bedrooms furnished in Cape Cod style, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. They share a gorgeous sunny bathroom with full tub/shower and the double bedroom has a sliding door onto a large shaded deck overlooking the pool. Warning- everyone wants this room!! All the bedrooms have lots of closet space and there is masses of storage throughout the house. All the rooms have ceiling fans and the house is fully air conditioned.
The double garage has a second fridge freezer and washing machine and dryer. There is parking at the side of the house for a boat or RV.
Only 10 minutes from the fine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and the boutique shopping at Saint Armand's Key, fine dining and the art galleries of Palm Avenue, a trip to the famous Ringling Museum and Mansion, Sarasota truly offers an unique experience to the discerning visitor. However the fashionistas and bargain hunters are also well catered for with the excellent shopping malls and a large designer discount mall at Ellenton 30 minutes away.
Wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the Jungle Gardens, or a trip to Myakka River to ride on an airboat and see alligators galore.
Disney World is a couple of hours away, while Busch Gardens is even closer in Tampa. Some 80 golf courses are within a 30 mile radius, 39 within Sarasota county alone, most do not require membership.
