Home is located in one of the nicest and most desirable areas of Coeur d'Alene, "The Fort Grounds." Home sits on Park Drive, fronting the downtown City Park, just 8 houses from the beach. This is one of only a few homes on City Park. Across the park from the home is the famous Coeur d'Alene Resort, boardwalk, and marina. The downtown shopping and dining district is just a few minutes walk away. The house is across the street from the Ironman starting point and transition area.
The house has beautiful hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with high end appliances, shaded front porch facing the park and a private yard and patio area for grilling and entertaining.
The house has been rented for Ironman 2012 at $6,000 for the week.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer rates are $3000 per week and $500 per night with a 3 night minimum.
winter rates (mid September through end of May) are $300/night and $2,000/wk .

The perfect setting for our family holiday!

We spent an amazing week in Coeur D'Alene at this house with my sister and her family. The photos acurately portray the house and it was such a beautiful place to stay. The kids (8 and12) hopped on their bikes the moment we got there and rode around the park and the quiet neighbourhood safely and we could head out on family bike trips on the pathways close by. We walked to the beach, into town and around the neighbourhood all the time. I loved to sit on the porch with my book. My sister's toddler spent lots of time at the playground in the park across the street. The house was cool and the side yard, a perfect place to hang out! The house was clean and beautifully furnished and the owners were very helpful and kind. We had 15 people for dinner one night while we were there and we all had a great time. We will hopefully return for another wonderful vacation some day.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
