Ten minutes from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Brand-new, 1914-square-foot, one-story, four-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath house, air conditioning, that will sleep ten. We made many upgrades over standard homes. Free Wireless internet access, free phone calls inside of the United States.
The upgrades are: 15-foot by 30-foot heated pool, 30-foot by 40-foot screened-in pool area (lanai area), the cabana half bath is in the pool area, the pool area has a outside shower, pool area furniture has six chairs, two loungers with comfortable cushions, a six-foot rectangle table, and ceramic tile floors.
The first master bedroom has a king-size bed, 32-inch TV, VCR/DVD with garden tub/shower/toilet. Second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 19-inch TV, with shower/tub/toilet. Third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each that share a shower/tub/toilet bath. One queen-size, hide-a-bed couch in living room area.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room, 42-inch TV, DVD/VCR in family room, a baby crib, kid booster seat, high chair, baby monitor, baby fence around pool.
The house is located in the Hampton Lakes tropical vacation subdivision just a ten-minute drive to Disney World. From Disney World you take US 192 west around six miles until you come to US 27, take US 27 south (direction to Haines City) around three miles, and Hampton Lakes will be on the left side of the road. Turn into main entrance (McFee Drive).
FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Take 528 west to 4 (quicker way but it is a toll road that will cost around $3; take 417 west to 4), take 4 south/west toward Tampa to 27, take 27 north around three miles, and Hampton Lakes will be on the right side of the road. Turn into main entrance (McFee Drive).
Four-night minimum stay. Per night rates. $200 security deposit. If you want to rent the house, please email me to request a contract and note if you would like pool heat. Your dates will NOT be locked in until I receive your signed contract and $200 security deposit. Pool heat is suggested between September 01 and May 01).
The special rates that we have now are so low that it is hard to believe it is a brand-new house in July of 2004. The low rates are our way of getting the word out on how nice our house really is. In exchange for the special pricing, we hope that you can help spread the word on how beautiful our house is.
You may pay by using a money order, cashiers check, personal check with no additional fee. If you are paying by credit card and do not feel secure sending credit card numbers in email then call me with the credit card numbers. Please note will be a 5% fee for using credit card or a $10 fee for using money transfer.
In order for your dates to be locked in, I must receive your signed contract and $200 security deposit within seven days from when you received the contract. If the security deposit is not received the reservation will be canceled. Please note the reservation is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
Once a reservation is confirmed half the rental amount is due within 60 days. The remaining balance owed on your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.5% service fee will be added, or you may send a cashiers check or money order. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, providing no damages occurred during your stay. Please note that any damage over the security deposit is still your responsibility.
The house has all the furnishing of home. Common questions: There are towels, yes, a washer and dryer, there is no additional cleaning charge, leave like hotel. The half cabana bath is in the pool area with a toilet and sink. The pool area has a outside shower. The pool furniture has very nice cushions to relax on. There are two lounge recliners, two reclining chairs with foot stools, four chairs, and six-foot rectangle table. Ceramic tile in all the bathrooms, kitchen area, and the foyer. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$115/any night with a minimum of Four-Night Stay.
$15/day for Pool Heat if you want it (suggested Sep 01-May 01).
$200 Security Deposit.
