Our Venice Island home will comfortably accommodate a family of 6-10, but it's also perfect for 2-3 couples traveling together, or as a romantic & extra spacious getaway for two. Most of our guests are "repeats." Unique feature - we have a very similar, same size vacation house next door perfect for larger groups, family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, Guys Golf or Fishing Trips, Girlfriends Getaways, etc.!

For a little sunset watching and live music, the home is walkable to "lots to do" including the very popular Sharky's ocean-front bar & restaurant and Venice Pier for the best fishing. (we have a responsible local babysitter with very reasonable rates for kids/grandkids) We are close to the island's public golf course & tennis courts - and short drive to 5 challenging public and semi-private golf courses. Short 2 block walk to the beach and close to the historic downtown district filled with Northern Italian architecture, charming boutiques, antique stores, and first-rate restaurants.
