The lakefront villetta is situated in Cremia which is a stunning lake-side village near by Menaggio. It is an ideal place for relaxing holiday, but also for those who want to visit Italy.

The accommodation has a lot of windows from an overall splendid view overlooking lake and mountains. The main entrance is on the second floor, a flight of outer steps take you to the entrance which links to a large patio and garden. The patio is furbished with marble table and benches, it has a stone fireplace and is surrounded by a garden where you could enjoy BBQ. The living room is located in the second floor, it is very spacious with big window and a large balcony overlooking the lake.Fully-equipped, separate kitchen it is also located in the second floor so as a bathroom.

An internal stairway will take you to the first floor where you have three double-size bedroom. The master bedroom has a big balcony, large window, and lake view. The other two bedrooms are medium sized and they are twins room. The main bathroom it is also located on the first floor, it has a big and spacious shower, a bidet, big mirrors, and is very bright.On the ground floor you have two garages (with remote control) and a garden.

Because Cremia is in a central position between the lake and the mountains, it is an ideal starting point for any sort of excursion. The lake is very close, it is in a perfect position for those who like windsurfing, it has a strip of sandy beach to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and water skiing. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The mountains are full of walking trails taking you up to meadows and mountain tops, where you can enjoy mountain biking as well. Therefore is a pleasant home for a varied holiday.

The property is at five-minute driving to Menaggio town where ferry passenger and boats are frequent throughout day and evening for travelling around the lake. Also information on sight seeing, historic tour, villas, and sport facilities can be obtain from Menaggio's local tourist information office.

Lake Lugano, Switzerland and Saint Moritz (the stunning and elegant resort in the Swiss Alps) are also very close to the property and are worth a trip
