Living/Dining Room with hardwood floors - Carlsbad Home Come enjoy the view and the gentle breezes in a relaxed, quiet, Olde Carlsbad neighborhood. Enjoy sunsets from the deck of the master suite in the upper level of this cozy,older,California-style home. We are conveniently located; only a seven minute drive to the beach (1.5 miles), ten minutes to Legoland, 20 minutes south to Del Mar Racetrack, 40 minutes south to San Diego, and one hour north to Disneyland. Because our home is owner occupied when not rented, you will immediately feel right at home. We have 2500-plus-square-feet of living space with an upstairs master suite with full bath, fireplace and deck. Street level has living/dining room, three bedrooms, family room with fireplace and piano, full bath, office with computer(internet ready),sun room,and large kitchen with all the amenities. Enjoy soaking in the sun, warming up at night by the gas fire pit, or barbecuing on our large west-facing deck. You can also play a game of croquet or volleyball on our front lawn area.
