My husband and I found this lovely place and decided to try it out for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. My husband and I just returned from a vacation on Lake Logan Martin. The cabin was great ~ exactly as expected ~ quiet, easy to locate and in a beautiful setting. We will be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

This is wonderful place for a couple to get away for a romantic weekend. It was very quite and peaceful. We were greeted by the owners dogs who just came up to say hello. Two things to be aware of: 1) bring charcoal as there is a old fashion BBQ grill like you would find at an old park. The grill made a wonderful place to build a small fire and sit looking out at the lake. There is a store close be to get supplies if needed. 2) The bed is hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. We will be bringing a foam topper next time. Over all we enjoyed our time there and are planning on returning soon. Thank you for sharing your little cabin on the lake with us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My fiance and I were looking for just a small cabin with the bare neccessities for the two of us and this cabin fit the bill. All we wanted was a place were we could listen to the birds, have a hot shower and be alone. The front porch facing the lake provided a beautiful back drop to our hours of talking. The swing bench on the porch was a nice touch. When we arrived we found the cabin to be clean and all emenities well maintained. There were no walking trails as we could see, however the surrounding roads provided good scenary on my morning run. The owners of the property were very nice and were helpful in guiding us to a local grocery store. We are already talking about a summer trip back in hopes of being able to use the lake. There is a boat dock right out front of the cabin. Two things to note. One, not much seating provided on the porches. More chairs facing the lake would be nice. Two, bring your own soap. We would recommend this cabin to any couple looking to be away from the usual hussel and bussel of a hotel. Especially if your looking to just spend time focusing on each other.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Perfect for couple getting away for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat ramp was a big plus. We will most definitely be back. Pack groceries and a lounge chair to enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the lake.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We actually stayed in the Cedar cabin Memorial Day weekend and will be staying in the Log cabin for Father's Day weekend. These are absolutely adorable cabins. We had a terrific time.
