Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a 547-acre, gated, country club community located west of US 41 and Corkscrew Road, conveniently located halfway between Naples and Fort Myers and only 14 miles to Southwest Florida International Airport.
This beautifully furnished, Hammock Greens, 1560 sq. ft. second-floor, end-unit condominium is very bright with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy reading or dining on the lanai watching beautiful sunsets or golfers on the green.
Access to the lanai is from both the living room and the master bedroom. The living room features comfortable sofas, entertainment center with TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, reading chair, and TV with VCR/DVD player. The spacious master bath has a large shower, twin sinks, and a large, walk-in closet.
Each of the two guest bedrooms contain a queen-size bed with a TV.
Enjoy daily walks around the beautifully landscaped community. The unit is an easy walk to both the River Club and the Golf Clubhouse.
As a tenant you have full access to all the amenities that Pelican Sound has to offer.
The 18,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style clubhouse features casual and formal dining, grille room, men's and lady's locker room, fully-appointed pro shop. The Tennis Club has six Har-Tru lighted courts, with tennis pro on site for lessons, challenges, etc. The 5000-square-foot River Club has a huge pool, fitness center, and casual dining inside and out. A smaller pool is conveniently located in Hammock Greens.

Why the Owner Chose Hammock Green
We love Pelican Sound. When we walked into the club house for the first time we felt right at home. I was invited to sit right down and join a Mah Jong game in progress.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It is great that the unit is within a short walking distance of the tennis courts and the fitness center. The community is very walker friendly. We play both golf and tennis, which is what drew us to this community. Other communities we visited had nice tennis facilities, but no one ever used them. The boat shuttle to Lover's Key is an extra bonus.
