This grand, white Victorian with 2700 square feet of comfortable living space is located conveniently in the town of Lincoln. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, churches, museum, shops, and hiking trails along the Pemigewasset River. In the summer and fall seasons, launch your kayak nearby or go swimming in the cool waters of the Pemi swimming hole, enjoying its natural water slides. Sip lemonade on our wrap-around porch, or enjoy a barbecue on our neatly groomed grassy lawn. In the winter, take the shuttle directly to Loon Mountain (five minutes) for skiing and snowboarding. Warm up in our cozy living room by the fireplace after a long day of being outdoors!
Hardwood floors throughout the house. House includes large living room area, dining room, bar, and half bath. Second floor of the house includes four beautiful bedrooms, all furnished with new beds, and each room has at a minimum two windows, lots of light. Two Full bathrooms, one with large claw foot tub, other with small claw foot tube and shower.
Stay at the original entertaining home for the mill's executives.
