GROUND FLOOR FUN RAIN OR SHIRE: Take a cool dip in the private pool or warm up poolside in the six person hot tub. Rinse off in the out door shower. Ground floor indoor half bath opens to both the out side corridor from the pool and the inside game/party room.
Party or relax in the game room with cold or hot snacks, serve drinks from the wet bar refrigerator or microwave, or share treats from the outdoor barbecue. Enjoy the TV/VCR/DVD, Cable/Stereo, play air hockey or take part in table games. The laundry is easily accessible, as are indoor stairs to rest of the house.
FIRST FLOOR QUIET TIME, REST, AND RELAXATION: (bedrooms A through E). Bedrooms have easy access to the pool through either the first floor front door or stairs to game room.
A. (SWEET HEART) Queen bedroom with master bath.
B. and C. (BEACH AND HORSE BED ROOMS) Pyramid dorm rooms feature double bed bottom bunks and twin bed top bunks with twin trundle bed. A hall shower bath features a built in seat.
D. and E. (SHELL FAMILY SUIT) Queen bedroom with private east deck and deck access to the pool connects through adjoining bathroom with a twin bedroom (two twin beds). This is ideal as a family suit for kids that need to be close to parents, as well as for another couple, two individuals, or older children.
SECOND FLOOR LUXURY REST: The king master bedroom with tiled Jacuzzi bath has a private sliding glass door exit to the south deck for sunning or star gazing. Separated from the other sleep areas and connected to the great room through the quiet dining room, this bedroom is ideal for extra privacy. It has room for a crib or baby bed close to the family action and yet away from the traffic and noise of vacation.
SECOND FLOOR FOOD AND FUN: The living area east deck offers a horizon view of the Atlantic and a peek at the hot tub and pool. Windows and sliding doors connect the deck to the great room with cathedral ceiling and to the dining room. Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Stereo with CD player and movie library provides for quiet recreation. Half bath and pantry are conveniently located.
The KITCHEN area is well equipped and laid out to accommodate quick self serve snacks or drinks, group cooking projects around the kitchen island, or the preparation of grand meals to serve in the DINING ROOM. Afternoon light comes in the kitchen window over the sink. Standing at the kitchen island you can SEE THE OCEAN WAVES on the horizon through the deck doors. |
