Home backs up to the Rio Grand National Forest- go hiking out your back door or in the evenings watch the deer graze right in your yard or just lounge around the fire place in the living room . For the best trout fishing in Colorado the Rio Grand is 200 yards from the house. The home has a great view of the mountain range, located in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and at the edge of town. The country store is less than 2 miles away that's fully stocked with any item that you would need.
Our vacation home is very comfortable and includes the following sleeping arrangements:1 Queen bed in master room with TV/satellite, Queen bed upstairs room, and a Queen sofa bed (that is very comfortable) in the living room. A new bedroom down stairs Has a queen and full size bed with bathroom and jacuzzi.
