Perched above the James River, Eagle's Bluff is a 1850's Victorian Home located in historic Claremont, Virginia. Located only 50 miles southeast of Richmond, and just a 20 minute drive to the free Jamestown/Williamsburg car ferry, Eagle's Bluff offers quiet surroundings with easy access to popular tourist attractions.
The house is ideal for family gatherings, featuring a spacious great room, a large master bedroom, three other bedrooms, a bunkroom and a futon in the den. The house also features a full kitchen, three and a half baths and a large dining room.
A public boat ramp is located just a quarter mile from the house and provides access to all the splendors of the James, from fishing to water-sports.
The master bedroom looks out on the James river and has a king bed and a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bed. Also upstairs is a bunk area with two sets of bunk beds. There is a second full bath upstairs. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor behind the kitchen and has a double bed. A full bath also is located on the first floor as well as a den with a futon.
