Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
You couldn't find a better location. The condo is on the tip of Hickory Island with a State Park just to the north. The view will never change, no future buildings to block the incredible landscape. Being on the end of the island, the beach is very private. The property itself is typical of a 5 star luxury resort.
