This unique 4000-square-foot beach house is located high on a hill with breathtaking white-water views. Enjoy watching the sunset from the front deck, kitchen, dining room, or great room. Retreat to the lower back deck and soak in the hot tub or sit in a lounge chair while enjoying views of Morro Rock. This spacious, four-bedroom home is wonderful for large families.
The upper level includes a large living room, dining room, great room, custom kitchen, 3/4 bath, bedroom, and large, walk-in closet. Three bedrooms, laundry room, one full and one 3/4 bath are located on the middle level. The 500 sq. ft. lower level has a big screen TV, stereo and couches. Sliding glass doors open onto a large deck with hot tub and ocean and Morro Rock views.
We are located near town where you will find excellent restaurants, antique stores, surf and kayak shops, and much more. A beautiful, 15-minute drive up the coast on Highway One takes you to the town of Cambria which is known for its artists and restaurants. Another ten minutes up the coast and you will be in San Simeon where you can tour the Hearst Castle or watch the elephant seals play on the beach.
If you like to golf you have several choices with Morro Bay being your closest resort only six miles south of Cayucos. I highly recommend a tour of the wine country in Paso Robles and Templeton. Taste what our wineries have to offer and buy a few bottles to enjoy on one of our decks.
If surfing is your thing, you can check out several local surf spots from either deck.
