This house was just built this year, and is outfitted with the best-quality beds, linens, furnishings, appliances, etc. for your comfort and convenience. We have constructed our own walkway so you are truly only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. This house features wrap-around decks on 3 sides to fully enjoy the great views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. The Gulf-facing side has a large deck with a great picnic area for those beachside lunches. It also has many deck chairs and beach chairs to watch the shrimp boats go by, with dolphins and other wildlife in their wake. The Master Bedroom has a Gulf-view balcony, its own huge, private bathroom, and a King-size Luxury Memory-Cell Foam bed. Bedroom #2 views the Gulf and the Bay and has a brand-new Queen Memory-Foam bed . . . Bedroom #3 views the Bay and has a set of bunkbeds and also an additional Full-size bed. All the beds and bedding are brand-new. Dauphin Island is a beautiful barrier island that is largely undeveloped. You won't find any high-rise condos or crowds . . . It's a great place to "get away" and swim, fish, shell, walk the beach, ride bikes, or just read a book or work on your tan. This house was JUST BUILT 11/06, and it is NOT A TYPICAL RENTAL HOUSE . . . IT IS A QUALITY PLACE THAT WE KNOW YOU'LL ENJOY. . . . COME SEE FOR YOURSELF!
