This lakefront property in a quaint east Texas town--Gun Barrel City--how's that for a Texas name? It's just what you'd expect for fun and relaxation. Huge backyard has plenty of space for games, picnics, or just sitting by the lake. Mornings and evenings are the best times to sit on the spacious wooden deck, with plenty of comfortable furniture, and watch the activity on the lake and enjoy the wildlife. Lots of trees in the backyard and a yard swing, too. Picnic table on the deck. BBQ in the yard. You can dock your boat at the house, or nearby. Bring your boat and jet skis . . . or rent them at the lake!
Lake views from the living and dining areas. Sleeps eight adults in three bedrooms + sitting room with Futon. Sitting room is quiet for reading or just viewing the lake. 2 Bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, and includes BBQ utensils, too. Comfortable lounging areas for TV, reading, talking, playing board games, etc.
Refundable deposit required to hold reservation. Deposits are returned providing the house is left as it was found! No refund of deposit without at least 30 days notice of cancellation. There is a $35 cancellation fee. Rates and terms subject to change without notice. Directions provided upon rental.
Off-season rates begin Nov. 1 through April! We will accept pets with prior permission.
We reserve the right to grant or refuse guest privileges.
