Why the Owner Chose Vineyard Haven
My husband's cousin owned a bed n breakfast in Vineyard Haven that we visited often. We realized that we needed to own a piece of this beautiful land and share it with our growing family! :) introduced us to the island.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our Vineyard Haven home is only 1 mile from the town! It is so wonderful to wake up in the morning and walk into town for some fresh coffee and bagels! Sometimes I'll take the kids to the library to pick out books then off to Owen beach (right down the street) for a little crabbing. It's just so great to have the option of walking instead of driving! When we bring our English Mastiff to MV, we'll take him to Owen beach or Lake Tashmoo for much needed Vineyard air.!

Bob and Stephanie Ambrozy. We have been happily married for 7 years and have 3 beautiful children. We also have an English Mastiff, Johnny who just turned 7 in August. We live in New Jersey...very close to the beach! We love to spend time at our home with friends and family...we have a great setup for entertaining. We love to be accomodating and are always reachable by cell or email.

Just wanted you to know that we had an awesome time at the MV house. It was beautiful! We have the same sunny yellows in our home in Virginia - our favorite color! We had no problems at the house at all. We fell in love with Lake Tashmoo and after 35 years of coming to the Vineyard, I think it's our new favorite spot. We went clamming, had bbqs on the beach, watched 2 sunsets and an amazing storm, and even did a sunset kayak tour with Island Spirit. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

My vacation to Martha’s Vineyard last year couldn’t have been better. We found your incredible home in Vineyard Haven through VRBO – and it was just perfect for our needs. We had enough room to sleep my husband, myself, grandma and two teenage grandsons comfortably. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night, and riding bikes during the day. The area is quiet and peaceful. We especially liked the fact that your home is “doggie friendly” as we brought along our little min-pin, Buddy, who enjoyed his walk to town every day. It’s not always easy finding a nice place that will take dogs so we highly recommend your home. Dealing with Steph and Bob Ambrozy was easy and very pleasant. Everything was in order when we arrived and in great condition. The house was clean and well kept. We hope to come back again. It is a lovely home in a lovely area."

My husband and I spent last July 4th weekend a bunch of friends at this Vineyard Haven home and we had a great time. The home is conveniently located walking distance from town, the ferry and beaches. The home itself was very spacious and very clean. There's plenty of room for a good number of people to stay comfortably. The layout is great for socializing with an open main floor (kitchen/livingroom) so you can cook and still be part of the fun at the same time. Located on a small private block, it's the perfect quiet getaway house while having everything you need in just walking distance. We would definitely rent this home again.

I want to let you know that we all had an amazing time at your house in Vineyard Haven. We spent a ton of time at the great beaches, building sand castle after sand castle. My 3 year old also couldn't get enough of the waves. Our favorite beach was down in Katuma. We also had a blast having a ping pong table! At 71, my dad is still the master. The layout of the main area of the house seemed really great for socializing. I loved having the kitchen overlooking the living room. I even used your grill a few times. The upstairs was also a perfect haven for my 2 little ones. Using your gate at the top of the stairs, I could let them utilize the entire top floor for playing, while I read a book on the couch in the master bedroom upstairs. I can see why it's such a special place for you. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!
