School House Villa is located on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Virgin Gorda is an unspoiled Caribbean paradise featuring vistas and views, sandy white beaches, glistening turquoise waters, and friendly local residents. The island's breathtaking natural beauty makes Virgin Gorda the ideal setting for sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and tropical sunsets.

This well-appointed, spacious, and reasonably priced villa is a perfect option for travelers looking for a long-term rental. This house is a short walk from the grocery store, the yacht harbor, and the ferry dock making it an excellent home base for exploring not only Virgin Gorda but also the rest of the British and US Virgin Islands. Due to its proximity to numerous bars and restaurants, visitors have stayed for a month at a time without the added expense of renting a car. You are less than a mile from a large selection of beaches and if you do not want to walk, taxis are plentiful. Of course, cars or jeeps are available for rent and start at about $50/day.

In its previous incarnation, this villa was a childcare center. It has a large yard fully equipped with a walk-in dollhouse, a sandbox, swings, and even a rabbit cage. In addition, the inside of the house is loaded with toys. This villa is very comfortable for adults but it is also an excellent choice for families with children.

There is one large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate sitting area. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, a second bathroom, a nice-sized living room, and a spacious and shaded front porch. There is a second sleeping alcove off of the living room that is perfect for children. The house comfortably sleeps two adults and can accommodate up to two children. The house has two televisions, cable TV, a DVD player, and internet access.

School House Villa is managed by Tropical Care Services, a Virgin Gorda based property management company. Our staff will not only provide twice weekly maid service but will also be here to help you make the most out of your island vacation.
