Located in the Old Florida Cottages -- a beach community in Santa Rosa Beach. This beachside community has a large neighborhood pool in a very park like setting. "Treasured Times" has great gulf views and The beach access is just yards from the house. 1st Floor: Queen bedroom, 20" tv, vcr, bath and patio. Bedroom with twin bunks, 20" tv, dvd & shared bath. Queen bedroom, tv, dvd, shared bath & patio. 2nd Floor: Living area has 32" tv, dvd, sound system, sleeper sofa & patio with really nice gulf views. Two dining areas- small one seats 4 and larger one seats 6. Laundry closet. Kitchen has a bar that can accomodate 2 more diners and all modern appliances. Full bath and patio. 3rd Floor: Contains loft with futon,27" tv, vcr & patio with great gulf & beach views. Located within minutes of shopping, dining, rentals & golf. Old Florida Cottages is just a short ten-minute drive to Silversands Factory Outlet mall as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin. The location is convenient to fine dining Bud and Alleys in Seaside, Criollas in Grayton Beach, Stinky's Fish Camp in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor as well as funky dining with great jazz at Picolos and the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. We are in walking distance to Gulf Place with great shops, outdoor dining at Smiling Fish, Capos, Sunday night concerts on the green and ice cream at Miss Lucilles Gossip Parlor. Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby for an interesting golf challenge as well as gulf view dining. Eighteen miles of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes makes exercise a fun and interesting event. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside are just 4-8 miles down the beach highway. Old Florida Cottages is ideally situated within a short walk to beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking.
