There are two pools (one indoor-outdoor), sunning decks,Picnic Pavilion, Bar-b-que grills; beach chair, canoe and bike rental; children's play area, a wi-fi hot sport, interNet cafe, exercise and sauna room in this building plus game room. On the property there are four lighted tennis courts, lake side gazebo, and boat launch and boat dock. Located next to Lake Helen nature preserve and convenient to Carillon shops & Spa; 10 minutes from Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. Grocery markets within 1 mile, restaurants within 1 miles, golfing nearby. Bring your boat or wave runner with on-site boat ramp.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time and loved your condo! It was so nice and very comfortable! The views from both balconies were beautiful! We would be very interested in going back next summer and taking my brother's family with us. The beach is so nice and peaceful! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you for the box of chocolates and the welcome card. It was a lovely added touch. We will definitely want to stay at your condo again the future. I already checked availability in October and see it is booked for the entire month. Too bad, we will have to stay in another one and that will be our loss. My wife and I, along with our worship leader and his wife stayed at your condo on Saturday May 5 through Wednesday May 9. We had an incredibly wonderful time. Thank you so very much for the card and candy. That was very thoughtful and kind. All of us really felt very cozy, and I know that it had a lot to do with how you have decorated your condo. Not only would we like to stay there again, but if anyone in my church,(I am a Pastor) is looking for a vacation spot in Panama City, we will recommend your place to them.
