This charming Bungalow is affectionately named "A Little Bit of Heaven", and we know you'll agree once you've stayed here !! You'll love the views of the ocean and Pt. Reyes from this relaxing bungalow, JUST 40 STEPS FROM THE BEACH !! Perfect porch for reading or just watching the waves.
Well-equipped, remodeled kitchen with large dining table. Charming bathroom with walk-in shower. Tasteful and inviting decor. Adirondack queen-size bed in one bedroom. Four poster pine in the other. Double sofa bed. Games, books, videos, DVD's, tapes and CD's for renter's use.
If you are flying in we will supply sheets, towels, and beach towels (we wouldn't expect you to try to fit them in your luggage!). However, if you are driving there, we ask that you bring your own because there is no W/D there (nor laundromat nearby). As they say in Dillon Beach: water is the "most expensive drink in town". If you are driving but unable to bring your own linens, we will supply sheets and towels for a $40. linen fee.

- Linens Provided: Linens are provided for those of you who are flying in (we don't want you to have to try and fit sheets & towels into your luggage!). For those driving, we ask that you bring your own (Queen size) sheets and towels (there's no W/D ...water's the "most expensive drink in town" there! If you're unable to, there's a $40. linen fee.
- Off Street Parking: There is space in the driveway for 2 cars. You can also park in front of the house, or in front of the lot on the beach side of the house (that's part of the property).
- Gas Fireplace: Gas fireplace is easily ontrolled by a thermostat in the livingroom.

...The house was so cozy and was equipped with all the kitchen items we needed. ... I slept so well there. ... The area has so much to offer ... We always looked forward to the drive to the house through the many hills of cows, sheep, horses, and goats....We even saw deer running past the house in the evenings. Your cottage was delightful, well-organized, & perfect in every way. Fantastic kayaking in Tomales Bay where we navigated around Hog Island & saw Tule Elk on the Pt. Reyes side. Another day we kayaked about 8 miles down & back on Esturo Americano, and finished at a secluded beach. We didn't see another soul in the 6 hours we were out - only birds, cows, & deer.
