Elegant, beautiful luxury Condo in a pristine setting. Beach Colony Resort is a gated community and one of Perdido Keys most elegant luxury resort high-rises. Very spacious, with only 4 condos on each floor and 2 high speed elevators. For added privacy, security codes are required for gate entrance and floor access. This exclusive Condo is located on the 10th floor and has a magnificent view of the gulf from almost every room in the unit! It is located directly on the beach. With 1500 square feet, this spacious unit sleeps six, with a king in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A large private balcony gives a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and its fine sugar sand beaches.
The kitchen is fully equipped for year round living. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There are 2 more additional TVs in the bedrooms, each equipped with VCR and DVD players. This condo also has high speed internet, so you can even bring your laptops.
Amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools as well as an indoor heated pool and hot tub, so swimming can be enjoyed year round. There are also 2 clay tennis courts and a state of the art new fitness center on site.

I travel to Florida every year for my sisters trip... We loved loved this condo, so beautiful an private, it has a privacy gate and the grounds are beautiful, three swimming pools, two outdoor an one inside heated, This complex has everything you could possibly need and nestled away from all the hustle and bustle,we will defiantely return to this condo,,,we like it much better than the others we have previously stayed and the owner is so nice an has thought of everything you would possibly need on your vacation. Cant wait to come back...

My friends and I had an awesome visit at this gorgeous condominium resort in October 2010. The owner was very helpful and sensitive to my needs. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated with impecable taste. The kitchen was loaded with all the bells and whistles. The sleeping accomodations were spacious and very comfortable. The linens were soft and fragrant; and the towels were soft and plentiful. The surroundings were immaculate. I would highly recommend Beach Colony Resort and these luxurious living accomodations. I am looking forward to another awesome visit in the near future.

I was extremely delighted with this gorgeous condo. It is located on a wonderful beach and provides breathtaking views from most every room. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is lovely furnished balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room in the unit. The beach is perfect for long walks along the shore and romping in the waves. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the well-maintained clay courts, and swimming in one of the picturesque pools. The condo is in a great location with lots restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this “little piece of paradise”.

My daughter and I stayed at this property the month of February 2010. All the information I received regarding the property was accurate. It was a beautiful unit and very clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in every respect and we were able to contact her with the few questions we did have, very easily. We loved the accessibility of the beautiful beach. And the balcony area was larger than we expected, also nicely furnished. We were disappointed that so many of the local attractions and restaurants were closed at this time of the year....but Gulf Shores and Pensacola are not really that far down the road. We would definitely recommend this property.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.
