This is a second row house on pilings with parking under and good ocean views from both upper and lower decks as well as living room and king master bedroom. There is a very short walk to be on beach/at pools or many family activities. Ocean Lakes is an award winning facility with something for everyone, including snack bars/grocery store/gift shop/arcade/24 hour security and nondenominational church service. House has one king bedroom, one queen, one queen bed and one double bed same bedroom,one bunk bed with double lower and twin upper and queen sleeper in living room.There are tv's in each bedroom and livingroom.
ABSOLUTELY,no house parties/ "singles groups/teen groups"-Any adult renting for such groups will forfeit all monies and be asked to vacate the premises.Absolutely no underage consumption of alcohol.An adult must be on premises at all time.Owner reserves the right to enter house at any time with notification.This unit will accomodate,and is LIMITED to 12 people--please,no exceptions.Violation of rules can lead to expulsion with NO refund of monies.
Deck furniture on both decks and a porch swing under the house.
There is an outside/enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
You can be on the beach in 3-5 minutes and at the pool complex and arcade and putt-putt golf and indoor snackbar in 5 minutes.
You need bring only your towels/sheets and paper goods.Cleaning is available for a fee as are sheets and/or towels.
Check-in time is 3pm or later--please plan your arrival accordingly.Time is needed between rentals for cleaning/maintenance and repair.
Check-out time is 1030am or earlier.
