'Heritage' (Flat 4) is a 3rd floor apartment recently refurbished to a very high standard, comfortable and cosy but with all mod cons. It commands magnificent views in both directions; over the harbour and Lyme Bay to the West, and the Jurassic coast towards Portland to the East. One double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room TV, Video and DVD, music system, central heating. All rooms have sea view. In front of the property there is a large communal lawn for use of Pier Terrace tenants only. Dedicated parking is available adjacent to the lawn. You can reach the beach, shop and pub within 1 minute. OUT OF THE PEAK SEASON WE WILL CONSIDER SHORTER STAYS, MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS. PRICES ON REQUEST.

On the floor above Heritage there is the advantage of a large store/attic room for beach equipment, walking gear and buggies etc. The whole apartment is newly decorated with fitted carpets and laminated wood flooring.

'Heritage' is available throughout the year on a weekly basis and outside of High Season for shorter 3 or 4 night breaks. Linen and Towels are included in the price as is electricity. There is no land line telephone connected but several mobile networks operate in the area. Heritage is perfect for two people. Christmas and New Year Dates can be by arrangement.

Pier Terrace occupies a stunning position in the heart of West Bay adjoining the harbour and beach. West Bay is a thriving coastal resort with excellent amenities including public house, post office, general store, fishmonger butcher, restaurants and church - all arranged around the picturesque historic working harbour, which has recently been upgraded with a new outer harbour. The famous 'Riverside Restaurant' is only a short walk from the apartment. This has established itself as one of the country's leading seafood restaurants and takes pride in serving fresh fish. Their changing daily menu reflects the local landings, much of which is caught off the Dorset coast. The superb coastline is designated a World Heritage Site (the only one in the UK). Nearby is an 18 hole cliff top golf course and the historic market town of Bridport is within a couple of miles. The larger centres of Dorchester and Weymouth are both about a half an hours driving distance with mainline railway services.
