Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Village
We choose to buy this vacation rental because of its close proximity to the beach and restaurants; it's a two minute walk to both. The coaster train station allows you easy access to to all coastal cities and downtown San Diego.
We love having our morning coffee and "people watching" at Cafe Elyse which is directly across the street.

My wife and I stayed at this condo in mid-March and found it to be all that the listing described and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this homey condo, and love Carlsbad. We would definitely rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
