This exceptional 2150 sq ft vacation home at #2 Quail Lane is near the Village Mall at the Y of Ponderosa and North Ponderosa Drive. The home was remodeled in 2007 with the addition of 550 sq ft that includes a 2nd master suite, additional bedroom, granite kitchen counter tops, slate entry and stairs. New furnishings have been provided throughout, and a new hot tub. The home layout is reverse living with the great room upstairs with living room, dining area and kitchen. The large living area has a gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance, while the air conditioning is appreciated on warm summer days. There is high speed wireless Internet access, LCD TV's throughout, and stereo with CD player. Eight cruiser bikes, ping pong table, unlimited pool/tennis court passes (summer) and gas BBQ are provided for guest use.
It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts, and other amenities is a short bike ride away. Fort Rock Park with children’s play area and tennis courts is north on Beaver Drive. We also own #3 Quail Lane (VRBO # 14861), making it possible for larger groups of up to 20 to stay adjacent to each other.

Living Area: The home layout is reverse living with the great room upstairs from the new slate entry and stairs. The great room has combined living, dining and kitchen areas. The large living area includes a gas fireplace, LCD 26-inch TV with DVD/VCR, stereo components with CD player and high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen with new granite countertops is open to the dining area and living room with large table and comfortable seating for eight. There are four bar stools for those who prefer eating at the breakfast bar. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck with gas BBQ and hot tub area.
Bedrooms & Baths: The upstairs master suite includes a king bed, private bath and direct access to hot tub. The full bath in the hall serves guests from the great room and second upstairs bedroom. Downstairs is a master suite with king bed, private bath, and direct access to private patio and hot tub. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and direct access to the bathroom, and a bunk room with two set of bunks. The four adult bedrooms have new 20" LCD TV's with DVD players and the bunkroom has a 20" flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR.
Deck and Hot Tub: There is a large deck off the living area at the front of the home with patio furniture. A second deck with gas BBQ is accessed from the dining area and Master Suite upstairs. The new hot tub for 8 is located on a secluded deck midway between the upper and lower rear decks. There is a patio off the master suite downstairs. Large common areas with open ponderosa pine forest extend from the back and side of the home.
Parking and Bikes: An attached double-car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. 8 adult cruiser bikes, a 2-child Burley bike trailer, and ping pong table are available for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon’s Recreational Paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mount Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
No Smoking. Pets are allowed with $20/night per pet fee.
