Enjoy our huge back yard after a long day at the beach. This 5 year old house is centrally located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood within 4 minutes to downtown Fort Bragg and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Mendocino. The house is 7 blocks to the ocean and a 5 minute bike ride from the famous Coast Botanical Gardens (we provide 3 new adult and 2 new kids bikes) And a quick drive away from numerous beaches.
On a foggy day you can curl up with a book in the large living room next to the fireplace or on a sunny day enjoy BBQing on the back patio while the kids have plenty of fenced in room to explore.
This house is equipped with all the modern conveniences, including a full kitchen, and dining area which over looks the expansive front lawn. The house is tastefully decorated with all new furniture and appliances. The home feels open yet cozy with 10 foot ceilings and lots of light. This house has a large master bedroom with attached bath, along with the two additional nice size bedrooms which will help you feel right at home.
The home also has a queen size futon and 2 queen air mattresses for bigger gatherings. Two of the bathrooms have huge soaking tubs perfect for bubble baths after a long day of exploring the Mendocino Coast. Renters also have full use of the washer and dryer during their stay. This property is ideal for family vacations, reunions, or just a couple trying to escape a busy life.
Besides enjoying our home you can explore Fort Bragg's local gift shops, art galleries, horseback riding, kayaking, scuba diving, fishing, the bowling alley, live theater, skunk train, or the botanical gardens, many within walking distance.

We want to thank you for the use of your home. It was a really wonderfully appointed home, much nicer that we had expected. We rented a home in 2004 for Winesong, and your home was much much nicer. We loved being able to walk to the Botantical Gardens, it made attending Winesong much easier.
I especially appreciated the little touchs, like the linens, which were very comfortable and higher quality than I usually expect at a vacation rental, and the fully stocked kitchen.
The kids loved the yard, and we loved that it was fenced, and off the main road, so we felt more comfortable letting them play. We had a great time, and hope to visit again. Thank you again!
