This brand-new townhouse has been beautifully decorated. Be the first to enjoy this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half ceramic tile bathrooms, custom Corian gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for ten!, two decks (one off the front of the house - one off the back overlooking the harbor and footsteps to our private boat slips!), relax in front of our gas fireplace to take the chill out of those COOL summer nights!
Master bedroom has a deluxe king-size bed with private master bathroom with glass-enclosed stall shower and vanity with its own balcony overlooking the breathtaking sunset and bay views! Custom designed seashore white furniture with large flat screen TV, DVD player along with premium cable channels.
Second bedroom has two twin sleigh beds, night stand, wicker furniture with flat screen TV, and picture windows overlooking the ocean. Third bedroom sleeps five (5), with a queen-size bed, full-size bed/futon couch! All decorated in bright greens and yellows to truly turn this room into a suite success!
Hall bathroom is oversized with tall cabinet storage, tub/shower combination, and large marble vanity. Washer and dryer are steps away down the hall with oversized capacities!
Living room is beyond huge! With lots of windows, large balcony with patio seating (and outdoor ceiling fan).A gas fireplace, tucked away in the far corner is truly a superb layout for down the shore entertaining.
The gourmet kitchen has every possible amenity for cooking in, or bringing in take-out famous "Rick's Seafood" which is within walking distance! Our large dining room has seating for ten (10) which goes directly out the back deck with our gas grille and steps down to the private boat slips.
Our front entrance has a slate/ceramic tile floor, coat closet, just off of the two (2) car, private, private, private garage! Plus one extra parking spot in the driveway along with the "non-metered" street!
Come and enjoy this private, quiet oasis in Anglesea the premier section of North Wildwood. Within walking distance to restaurants, soon to be private beaches at the Tides At Seaboard Pointe Village across the way, three (3) minute drive to the amusements on the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk!
