This is a beautiful home with plenty of space.

Someone 25 years or older must be in the house at all times and must sign
the agreement. A 1 night deposit, which is non-refundable, is due with the
reservation. Half of rental is due within 14 days of arrival. Balance
is paid upon arrival. Deposit is returned 30 days after departure, providing
there are no claims for damage, missing equipment or accessories, or
unreasonable housekeeping or late check out.
