One of the very best locations in Mission Beach. You are at the very southern tip where the ocean and bay meet. The condo faces the jetty. You can see the water from the living room. Watch all the boats pass by your living room window. On the patio(right outside your front door) you can see the ocean. Ocean and Bay are 1/2 to a block away in opposite directions. The Bay has calmer waters for the little ones and a sandy little beach. The Bay also has a playground and picnic tables.(kayaking and scuba lessons in the summer). The ocean has basketball and volleyball courts right on the sand. There are surfing lessons in the summer. There is so much to do. Breathtaking views everywhere. Sit in the spa for magnificent sunsets. There are 2 beach chairs, and a boogey board waiting for you. Free overnight parking is at the Bay Park(1/2 block away) or on the street.

I bought this vacation rental because of the location. Everything you can do without having to drive anywhere. You can see the water out of your window. It is so much fun being at the beach and the most beautiful park is only a few steps away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There is so much to do. Going in the jacuzzi on the patio and watching diffent boats go by. Your close to basketball courts right on the beach. Volleyball nets on on the sand. You can fish, snorkle and surf.

My huband and I love to travel all over the world. My husband is a retired airline pilot and I'm a retired real estate agent so we have seen many places and think San Diego is the best. We love the beach and having so much to do without having to get in your car. San Diego has so much to offer and that's why we call it home. We like going to all the different restaurants in the gaslamp. We are also huge San Diego Chargers fans and wear our jersey's all over the world. The picture you see is in front of Buckingham Palace.
