Walk out of your sliding glass doors from living room or master bedroom directly onto your private stone patio garden off of the beach. Large seasonally heated swimming pool and spa are just steps away without invading your privacy. And if you have indulged too much in the fabulous nearby restaurants you can work it off at the on-site fitness center which is free to guests.

This is one of the only Condos you will find that comes with parking so close you can unload your car just steps away from the front door - no need for luggage carts just pull right up and you are ready for the beach.

Going first class all the way! Master Bedroom is Gulf side with sliding glass doors out to beach patio. King-size top of the line bedding adds to the comfortable nights. TV with DVD/VCR combo unit - welcome to the Hyatt of Condos! Private full-size bath off of the master bedroom.

Guest bedroom has queen-size top of the line bedding and your own flat screen TV with DVD. No having to compromise with your guests or kids on who gets to watch the flat screen TV!!

For additional sleeping space there is a queen-size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room also has 27 inch large screen Sony Trinitron TV with built in DVD & VCR.

Dining space has plenty of seating for six or more at breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with side by side fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave - ready for a seafood feast or margaritaville evening. All linens including beach towels are included.

We have tried to think of everything to make your stay more enjoyable and more affordable including beach chairs, beach towels a welcome binder full of coupons to local attractions and restaurants. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed.

  • My family and I LOVED the condo. It was perfect and the location was great. My husband and I got married just outside the condo on the beach and it was beautiful. Could not have asked for a better place to join together as husband and wife than on the beautiful white sandy beach at Okaloosa Island. I would recommend this condo and beach to anyone and everyone.   • We had a wonderful time at the condo. My husband and I came down to Hurlbert AFB to see my son and his girlfriend and the condo was perfect for 4 of us. Well stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer came in handy. Nice being so close to the pool and beach. Decor was beautiful and very relaxing. We are already thinking about coming back next year!!

  • We had a lovely time at the Island Princess. The condo was very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella. The location was great for the pool and the only thing we missed was the beach view.

  • The condo was absolutley beautiful, loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. So nice to have beach chairs with umbrella. The pool area, halls, bath facilities were very clean. Only thing to add would be blow dryers in the bathrooms. Will definetely stay here next year. Picked a great time to go as the beach and pool was not crowded at all.

The comfortable beds were a big plus as well as the short distance to the beach and pool. The only thing I missed was being able to see the ocean from the patio.   • We really enjoyed our stay in the Island Princess. It was a lovely Condo beautifully decorated and as an avid cook I found the kitchen very well stocked with everything I needed to prepare a meal. It was convenient and for the most part a very quiet unit considering that we were there during Spring Break. Everyone was very nice to deal with and we will certainly choose to stay again.
