Crane's Nest - Miramar Beach, Florida Rental This lovely home is located in Emerald Waters Village, a small, private gated community at Miramar/Frangista Beach. The neighborhood consists of two private swimming pools (heated during fall and spring) with restrooms. Great shopping is nearby at the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall along with fishing, boating, parasailing, golfing, wonderful restaurants and of course the fabulous white Gulf coast beach. You can make the short three minute walk to the beach or drive with public parking nearby. This 2005 built home is decorated with bright caribbean colors, tile and hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, granite and all amenities necessary for your stay. The fabulous new construction home with four bedrooms and three full baths holds all the luxuries one could want. The first floor has a spacious den open to the dining area and kitchen. The living area features a TV/DVD/VCR combination and queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with TV/DVD/VCR and bath off the bedroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room with full-size laundry amenities. The second level has three bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a king-size bed with large master bath, jetted tub and large walk-in shower. This room offers a wonderful balcony to relax in the morning breeze. The other two tastefully decorated bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath with each bedroom having its own vanity area. All upstairs rooms offer TV/DVD/VCR combinations. The second bedroom consists of two twin beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full size crib available for use. Sorry, no-smoking or pets.
