The house is tucked away at the end of a narrow lane, so it is in a nice quiet location. We were met by Mark on arrival, who was extremely friendly and helpful.
The house is traditional and all the more attractive for that. There is one large bathroom for the house, with an additional WC downstairs, but this was not a problem for our group of 6. The kitchen is well appointed and we even had tea and coffee provided. There are a number of really nice bars and restaurants nearby and the sights of the old town are an easy walk away. Mark
has ensured that up to date tourist information is included in folders in the apartment, which were a wealth of good information. We had breakfast at the small bar just across the road which was enjoyable and reasonable. Also, like the locals, try the Fridura (Fried fish bar) in Peurta de La Carne, by the 3 D'Oro Hotel. The hotel waiters will serve you a nice beer or G&T to accompany it as well! When the stay is over, a 15 minute walk will take you to the airport bus stop at the front of San Bernardo bus station (4 Euro to the airport). Thank you Toni and Mark for a lovely stay. We were all really comfortable and would recommend this house without hesitation.
