The resort occupies 8.6 acres of lush, tropical landscape directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. With views of the private beach, two pools, lighted tennis courts, ample parking, a pond and bridge leading to the dune walkover with gazebo, you could find no better place to relax in the sea breeze and soak up the sunshine that Florida is famous for. If swimming and beachcombing have you “all washed up” enjoy a movie at the 12 theatre cinema located just a couple miles away in the new Destin Commons Shopping Center. Don’t forget to make a trip to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall for great finds. You’ll find no end to the countless restaurants in the area. Looking for a great game of golf?? You’ve come to the right place! Championship Golf Courses are just minutes away. You won’t spend a single moment wondering "what is there to do?" Our beautifully decorated two bedroom units are fully equipped and ready to become your home away from home. Enjoy your spacious living room with Cable TV and VCR. There is a full-size washer and dryer in each unit and the kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances as well as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All your basic needs will be met for cooking and dining; just add food and let your inner gourmet take over. When the day is done and the sun has set, slip into the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and rest easy knowing that you chose the perfect accommodations for your family vacation to Florida’s west coast. All units are individually owned, so decor and bed configuration may vary from that pictured. Must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check-in. Overnight parking of oversized vehicles such as RV's, Buses, Trailers, etc. are prohibited. No pets and no smoking in the unit.
