This is a beautiful, recently remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront home in Michigan City. There is a living room with knotty pine walls and two bedrooms located downstairs along with a full kitchen that opens to the dining area. Upstairs is a master bedroom, a Great-Room with a natural wood cathedral ceiling, sky lights, fireplace and a three-season porch.
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The downstairs living area opens to a spacious patio with a gas grill and picnic table. Simply walk out the back door and follow the short path to the beach.
Other attractions in the area include Washington Park, a 90 acre public park, Washington Park Zoo. There is a Children's Museum as well as the Old Lighthouse Museum. The Blue Chip Casino is a short drive, as is Prime Outlets Mall, one of the largest outlet malls in the U.S. Michigan City is also home to many fine restaurants. The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, located nearby, has 8500 acres of dunes, bogs, beaches and forests for hiking, swimming, picnicking, horseback riding and fishing.
Sleeping arrangements include 3 queen size beds and two sofa-beds. Please note that we maintain a Smoke-Free environment. Sorry No Pets allowed because of possible allergies.
