Although we paid a moderately higher price, it was worth it especially with two young kids. We loved it and it would be hard to beat this in a typical hotel setting. We usually stay in vacation rentals, but this one is up there with the greats. Underground parking access is key with two spots which came in handy when friends stopped by on a weekend night. Proximity to amazing food and drink in Gaslamp was very exciting. Close to freeways and major attractions like zoo, seaworld, maritime museum, seaport village, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well sized. Kitchen is awesome, very modern. The photos don't do it justice. It's a quiet setting despite being next to serious nightlife. Air con. & laundry works very well.

location and offer the best rates in Gaslamp!!! Our low Rates are subject
to availability, season, holidays & special events. $300 deposit & rent is due
to hold unit at reservation. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refund (less $50
cancellation service fee)if cancellation is made greater than 40 days prior to
arrival. Any cancellation received within 40 days of arrival will result in the
loss of the entire rental fee, unless re-rented, less a $300 service charge.
$300 deposit, less $150 cleaning fee to be refunded when unit returned undamaged.
