Recently remodeled with Bamboo flooring, new cabinetry, new counter tops and new vanity in the Bathroom, this centrally located condo on Oahu is 30 minutes from almost anywhere on island. There is easy access to all major highways and this affordable and beautifully furnished condominium can sleep four comfortably with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa (I've slept on it and it is comfy!)

Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the 21st floor lanai. You can actually see the Arizona memorial, Ford Island and the start of the Waianae Mountain range. Incredible sunsets all year round.

Why the Owner Chose Aiea
Because we live in the Marshall islands and travel to and thru Oahu on a regular basis, it was the best location for us to vacation rental our propert so we could control the dates it was occupied and it had parking and was not in the hustle and bustle of waikiki, also it is close to family in the area.

This is a very clean, well kept condo with a beautiful view and convenient location. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is only a short walk(across the street) from mall, many restaurants, and a movie theater. Owner is easy to deal with. The building is very secure. Loved parking our car in a garage at an assigned parking space. The hallways and lobby could use some work, but condo is great. Once in condo, you do not hear any noise from the neighbors or the hallway. We grilled outside in the evenings - nice, well lit grilling area. i would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Not at all like the pictures: This property was misrepresented and I would like to advise others. The building is in need of repair the hallways and elevator disgustingly dirty and the building smelled. I had to get other accommodation at the last minute.

Aside from a very minor lock box problem this was an excellent property!. Very clean, very well equipped and very nicely appointed. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in this condo. It is very conveniently located and very easy to find. The lock problem was very quickly solved by the owner himself via a phone call and he was very helpful and accommodating even though we called him at 1:00AM!! (the problem was US...not the lock!!) There were four adults in my party and there was room for all! I used the pull out sofa and it was quite comfortable. Don't pass this one up for "downtown" accomodations!! The parking here is included and much safer! Walking distance to a huge mall and many places to dine without the hustle and bustle of "tourists". I visit the Islands often. I will stay here again. Many thanks to the owner!
