Situated in its own beautifully landscaped gardens and furnished to an exceptionally high standard Villa Casa IESA is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa with heated pool in a prime position on the Western Algarve, close to the picturesque coastal fishing villages and unspoilt sandy beaches of Burgau, Praia da Luz, Selema & Meia Praia Lagos.
Set amidst its level plot of 900sqm amongst mature and private gardens the villa comprises: 2 Double bedrooms with en suites, 2 further twin bedrooms, Spacious open plan living and dining area and modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer) opening onto a large pool area with Heated Pool (heating optional), ample sun lounger’s, BBQ area and pool side seating for al-fresco dining. Upstairs is a private sun terrace / outdoor lounge area with far reaching views of surrounding countryside and further table/chairs.

Hello, We are a professional couple who purchased our villa as the perfect location for family holidays. We had been coming to the wonderful Westrern Algarve for over 10 years before buying, so took our time to pick the best area, development and villa design before putting down some roots. Its a wonderful unspoilt area of natural beauty ideal for family holidays with many excellent beaches, fishing villages, restaurants and lots to do. For golfers there a many courses close by too.

The kids grew up with holidays many around the area before we purchased our little piece of paradise; which we now let out for others to enjoy when unable to be there ourselves. We only have one second home so ask guests to treat it with the same care and respect of their own home, whilst also enjoying it to the full.

The Almaverde development represents great quality of life whilst holidaying with its ultra low density, high quality of development that has generated a small community of villas with on site access to: Tennis, Football, Cycling, Playground and Fitness Studio and Health Treamments also on offer. Overall the development has a community feel - not too many properties, not at all built up, but also not so few to feel isolated. Each set within their own gardens, ours affords total privacy without being overlooked front or rear. We love it!

The kids (young adults now at 18 & 19) still love to come back year after year and often bring friends. We also often bring friends of family with us too as the villa comfortably takes two families.

Each year we continue to invest in keeping the villa up to date in top class condition with new poolside furniture, parasols, bedding and bathroom towels. We hope you get to enjoy it too!

                      About the owner: Hello, we are a professional couple who let out our private villa to guests via this web site. We live in a small village on the Hampshire/Berk boarder with our two daughters Abigail and Emily. The villa is our second home for family & friends. We have been coming to the area on family holidays for many years, we never grow tired of it. In fact the kids (young adults now aged 18 & 19 yrs) still love to bring friends too. We often also invite members of our extended family as it comfortably takes two families of four. We typically visit about 3-5 times per year, so do everything possible to ensure others to enjoy it as much as we do by constantly upgrading with new bedding, towels, parasols and loungers to keep in top quality. Our villa is always maintained to the highest possible standard.

                      Why the Owner Chose Burgau:
                      We chose our villa because of its wonderful south facing location on a quiet development a short distance from the many beaches and fishing villages on the western Algarve. Its quiet, peacefull, sunny and restful all year round.
