Cable Service, 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR and a game table that seat six.
The downstairs is perfect for the single family and includes a great room, fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and Corian countertops, dining area seats six, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper, a full bath and patio with picnic table. Cable Service, 19” TV, DVD and VCR.

We rented the entire house for the Week of the 4th and the golf cart parade was a real treat. As always we had a glorious time. Some of us have been coming to the Island since the 1960's and staying in this house for many years. Our grandchildren love Fripp and the Pittman house holds many precious memories for our family. We will return again soon!

We just arrived home from Fripp. We rented just the downstairs of the house. It was really nice and spacious. I will definately consider renting it again!!! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Pittman

Our family certainly enjoys being a guest of the "Pittman House." The renters are extremely nice and helpful. The home is spacious and provides a relaxing atmosphere. We love the screened in porch as well as the access to the beach.

The Pittman House has offered our family everything we desire at the beach; an oceanfront home that is comfortable and equipped with everything you need, a porch that is the gathering spot each evening for our family to enjoy the sounds of the ocean, read, listen to music; room for us all to enjoy our own space when we need quiet time, and easy access to the beach. And there's a fantastic sandbar to explore!

We have spent our vacation at the house for the past 16 years. It's like a home away from home. We especially like the fact that it's right on the beach. We can go out early in the morning and fish all day or just lay on the beach, then in the evening you can just sit on the porch and listen to the ocean. With security patroling the island we've always felt safe letting the kids take a walk or ride their bikes. And they really enjoy the playgrounds and pool. Since we found this house we haven't even thought of staying anywhere else for our vacations.

My family and I go to the Pittman house every year. It's so nice having a place right on the beach. The house is large and very comfortable..like a home away from home.
