The upstairs includes a large great room, new carpet, fully equipped kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and Corian countertops, dining area seats ten, four large bedrooms with king size beds, plus a queen size Aero bed, three full baths, two of which have just been remodeled. Cable Service, 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR and a game table that seat six.

The downstairs is perfect for the single family and includes a great room, fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and Corian countertops, dining area seats six, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper, a full bath and patio with picnic table. Cable Service, 19” TV, DVD and VCR.

  • We have spent our vacation at the house for the past 16 years. It's like a home away from home. We especially like the fact that it's right on the beach. We can go out early in the morning and fish all day or just lay on the beach, then in the evening you can just sit on the porch and listen to the ocean. With security patroling the island we've always felt safe letting the kids take a walk or ride their bikes. And they really enjoy the playgrounds and pool. Since we found this house we haven't even thought of staying anywhere else for our vacations.
