Aloha, and welcome to our Kuau Cove vacation rental. Our rental is a short walk to Kuau Cove Beach (180yards) and next to landmark restaurant Mamas Fish House. We are located near all the north shore beaches and right next to world famous Ho’okipa Beach Park. We are located near most island activities, (hiking, zip-lining, snorkeling, shopping, and dining). Our 2 bedroom vacation rental is spacious with 2 bedrooms, (one king bed and 2 twin beds) with high thread linen count, a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, dining table, and a living room with a fold out futon. Our vacation rental is on the ground floor with reserved parking right in front. We also provide free high speed internet (Wi-Fi). Our vacation rental also has a ipod/iphone dock. There is a covered lanai in the back with comfortable outdoor seating. Our Kuau vacation rental is located right near Paia town which offers art galleries, restaurants, great coffee shops, and local shops. We are 10 miles away from the main airport. Regular rate: $155-$175/nt
13.25% excise and vacation rental tax),plus $85 cleaning fee
Credit Card is required for security deposit.
50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 45 days upon arrival
50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 10 days of arrival date
NO REFUND if you cancel within 10 days or less of arrival date
There will be a $30.00 processing fee for cancellations
No cancellations/refunds after November 1st for the holiday season

Why the Owner Chose Paia
We chose this North Shore location for its location. Our vacation rental is right next to world famous Ho'okipa Beach Park. This is the number one beach in the state for surfing and windsurfing. We are also steps away from Kuau Cove, a small beach. We love Paia town, there are great restaurants, coffee shops and the town has a really relaxed feeling. We are near upcountry Maui, which is a great area to visit.
