Aloha, we welcome you to our spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental at Kuau Cove Beach; right by landmark restaurant, Mama's Fish House; and walking distance to Kuau Cove beach. Our vacation rental is right next to world famous Ho'okipa beach park, know for great windsurfing, windsurfing and surfing.
Our vacation rental features a newly upgraded kitchen, two upgraded bathrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with two twin size beds, a roomy living room with a fold out futon and island style decor. The unit is on the ground floor and can easily be accessed from the reserved parking right in front of the unit. We have high speed internet DSL (Wi-Fi) in the condo for all your computer needs.
The back lanai has sliding doors that open to a covered porch with seating and a large grassy area that can be used for sunbathing and BBQ's. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms but can accomodate up to 6. No smoking or pets allowed.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Regular rate: $145-$175/nt
(11.41% excise and vacation rental tax),plus $75 cleaning fee
Credit Card is required for security deposit.
50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 45 days upon arrival
50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 10 days of arrival date
NO REFUND if you cancel within 10 days or less of arrival date
There will be a $30.00 processing fee for cancellations
No cancellations/refunds after November 1st for the holiday season
