This villa has been luxuriously upgraded. Brushed nickel faucets throughout with lighting and mirrors that compliment the fixtures. Granite is the countertop surface of choice in the kitchen, bathrooms and wet bar. Professional decorators have added distinctive touches to the decor and furnishings in every room. The maple cabinetry in the kitchen in warm wood tones reflect the deep green granite while brand new black/stainless appliances add a dramatic impact. There is original art work that surrounds the kitchen and dining room with inspirational sayings that will have you reflecting on the real meaning of a great vacation.
We wanted to create a vacation experience that is scrumptious, relaxing and beautiful to come home to. A stay that will be worth your hard earned dollars. This villa is a cut above the rest. TWO BEDROOMS/TWO BATHS:
Rooms have brand new textured carpeting, furniture, bedding. The master bedroom has its' own television. The bathrooms have been remodeled with new cherry wood cabinets and granite sinks, new bathroom fixtures (brushed nickel) lighting and new toilets. The floors have been finished in new tile.
FULL KITCHEN:
The kitchen has been completely re-finished with new maple cabinets, verde-butterfly granite countertop, stainless steel sink with brushed nickel one handle faucet and new disposal. The appliances are brand new and include black/stainless steel full-size GE Profile microwave, glass topped stove and Maytag refrigerator and dishwasher. The floor has newly installed diagonally set tile.
DINING ROOM:
The dining room has been re-finished with diagonally set tile in a color complimentary to the kitchen. There is also a wet bar with new granite counter with stainless steel sink and brushed nickel faucet. A new cherry wood dining table with six chairs and new 52 inch fan complete this room.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has brand new neutral berber sculpted carpeting and all furniture is brand new, which includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, two rocking club chairs, end/coffee tables and lamps, and a new armoire with 32 inch flat screen and cable/DVD units provided. Everything has been finished in a coordinated tropical theme.
BALCONY:
The 25 by five foot balcony has six new deck chairs with two tables and the deck has new outdoor carpeting installed. The view provided is of the ocean and the Admirals Row Pool.
THE RESORT:
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the all around family resort located on beautiful Hilton Head Island. Amenities at the resort include two swimming pools (of which one is the largest on Hilton Head Island), a tennis pro shop and 10 lighted newly surfaced tennis courts, beach volleyball, bike and rollerblade rental in season, a convenience store, two restaurants, a sports bar with more than a half dozen televisions, pool table, video games, and foosball. Also the Oceanfront Pool Bar situated overlooking the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean. There are also coin operated laundry facilities on each floor of Admirals Row. And of course, the huge beach, which is over 12 miles long.

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet week of relaxation in this clean, well-equipped condo. The pleasing decor, the updated kitchen, the high-quality linens, and the gorgeous view from the balcony all contributed to make our week absolutely perfect. The owner made the rental process easy and we would not hesistate to return. Overall, this is a great place to spend a week at the beach.

We spent out first "girls weekend" ever on HHI in this wonderful condo. We couldn't have asked for a better place. It is located right on the beach, the pools are great, the condo is comfortable and the resort extremely well taken care off. Dealing with Jeff was a pleasure, he answered all of my questions quickly and everything worked out very well. The condo was clean and very well equipped, the beds comfortable and the balcony great to sit on and have drinks and look at the ocean. All in all, the weekend was perfect thanks to Jeff and his condo. Hope to be able to repeat this experience next year.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great with a very nice view of the ocean. There were also many activities for my teenagers to participate in and I didn't worry about them going off into the complex to play basketball or go swimming because of the strong presence of complex security. I look forward to vacationing in the same condo next year! Thanks again Jeff!!!

This villa and the one next door are perfect for two families traveling together. The owner owns two side-by-side villas so my daughter and her family have been able to stay right next door the past two years. We still spent a lot of time together but also enjoyed our privacy. We stayed in these villas last year and found them clean, well appointed and close to the beach. Otherwise, we would not have returned. After such a good experience again this year, we don't want to stay anywhere else on the island. Another plus is that the owner is professional, helpful, and attentive.

We were here from May 19-23 for a family gathering. We loved the condo--comfortable, sunny, breezy, beautiful features. We could not have asked for a better place or better weather. My only "complaint" is that the view from the balcony was so wonderful--sea, smaller pool (which we preferred to the larger pool on the property), stunning villas--and the breeze so nice, I had to force myself to leave the balcony to go to the ocean and the pool. I don't see how it could have been better. Owner Jeff was easy to work with and very helpful.

The condo is very pretty and very clean, with lots of space. The view is lovely, the complex is pleasantly quiet and it's convenient to everything. The price was also quite reasonable. Would love to visit again!

We used the condo the first part of April 2011. This is our second stay on Admirals Row. The last time we picked a different condo because Jeff's was booked. The biggest difference we noted was that the furniture and bedding in Jeff's condo was much more comfortable. It may our stay more enjoyable. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Our friend that stayed with us liked it so much that they will be using it again next month. Jeff was easy to work with and promptly returned our deposits.

Look at the pictures and read the reviews. They are accurate! After a five-night stay, it is easy to understand why this villa has many repeat visits. The owner, Jeff, is very easy to deal with and was very responsive to my questions. A great villa in a wonderful location. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this villa!

Three girlfriends spent 4 nights at this condo on a long weekend. The condo was very nice and clean, with everything that was promised. Everything was well kept, the furniture was just as pictured and we were well-pleased. The water line to the ice maker leaked, which we discovered right away and had to keep tabs on, but I'm sure it will be addressed and repaired right away. We found the in-room guest book to be helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Jeff (the owner) was very helpful, provided lots of information and we would certainly stay here again. The resort was pretty sparsely populated and not everything was open but that is only due to the time of year we were there. Actually, it made it more enjoyable not to have to fight the crowds. I might suggest providing a map of the actual resort, itself, although it didn't seem that the front desk even had one. Thanks for opening your condo to us!
