My husband and I enjoyed a quiet week of relaxation in this clean, well-equipped condo. The pleasing decor, the updated kitchen, the high-quality linens, and the gorgeous view from the balcony all contributed to make our week absolutely perfect. The owner made the rental process easy and we would not hesistate to return. Overall, this is a great place to spend a week at the beach.

We spent out first "girls weekend" ever on HHI in this wonderful condo. We couldn't have asked for a better place. It is located right on the beach, the pools are great, the condo is comfortable and the resort extremely well taken care off. Dealing with Jeff was a pleasure, he answered all of my questions quickly and everything worked out very well. The condo was clean and very well equipped, the beds comfortable and the balcony great to sit on and have drinks and look at the ocean. All in all, the weekend was perfect thanks to Jeff and his condo. Hope to be able to repeat this experience next year.

My family has stayed in these villas for the last 3 years and we plan to stay here every year. The villas are wonderful. Everything is neat,clean,and very comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone. We can relax and have a great time. Mr. Dombrowski is very helpful and does anything he can to ensure that you have a perfect vacation. If you are looking for a villa to relax in and enjoy the beach this is it!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great with a very nice view of the ocean. There were also many activities for my teenagers to participate in and I didn't worry about them going off into the complex to play basketball or go swimming because of the strong presence of complex security. I look forward to vacationing in the same condo next year! Thanks again Jeff!!!

This villa and the one next door are perfect for two families traveling together. The owner owns two side-by-side villas so my daughter and her family have been able to stay right next door the past two years. We still spent a lot of time together but also enjoyed our privacy. We stayed in these villas last year and found them clean, well appointed and close to the beach. Otherwise, we would not have returned. After such a good experience again this year, we don't want to stay anywhere else on the island. Another plus is that the owner is professional, helpful, and attentive.

We were here from May 19-23 for a family gathering. We loved the condo--comfortable, sunny, breezy, beautiful features. We could not have asked for a better place or better weather. My only "complaint" is that the view from the balcony was so wonderful--sea, smaller pool (which we preferred to the larger pool on the property), stunning villas--and the breeze so nice, I had to force myself to leave the balcony to go to the ocean and the pool. I don't see how it could have been better. Owner Jeff was easy to work with and very helpful.

We used the condo the first part of April 2011. This is our second stay on Admirals Row. The last time we picked a different condo because Jeff's was booked. The biggest difference we noted was that the furniture and bedding in Jeff's condo was much more comfortable. It may our stay more enjoyable. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Our friend that stayed with us liked it so much that they will be using it again next month. Jeff was easy to work with and promptly returned our deposits.

Look at the pictures and read the reviews. They are accurate! After a five-night stay, it is easy to understand why this villa has many repeat visits. Three girlfriends spent 4 nights at this condo on a long weekend. The condo was very nice and clean, with everything that was promised. Everything was well kept, the furniture was just as pictured and we were well-pleased. The water line to the ice maker leaked, which we discovered right away and had to keep tabs on, but I'm sure it will be addressed and repaired right away. We found the in-room guest book to be helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Jeff (the owner) was very helpful, provided lots of information and we would certainly stay here again. The resort was pretty sparsely populated and not everything was open but that is only due to the time of year we were there. Actually, it made it more enjoyable not to have to fight the crowds. I might suggest providing a map of the actual resort, itself, although it didn't seem that the front desk even had one. Thanks for opening your condo to us!

My family and I stayed here in mid September. The accomodations were excellent. The loction is convenient to the pool and beach. The owner was very easy to work with and very accomodating. I hope to return and be lucky enough to rent this same property again. It was nice to have towels/sheets that were good quality, made it feel like home. Restaurant at resort has great food! So pleased almost don't want to do a review to keep this my little secret.

I have stayed at Jeff's condo's the last 4 years and have always found the condo clean and well maintained.I appreciate that I can always call the owner if there are any concerns and he is prompt in addressing issues. The photo's are accurate and reflect the appearance of the condo.Great restaurants nearby,Crazy Crab and Hudsons. Tanger Outlet is very close and great shopping as well as the Home Goods Store.excellent vacation location for families.

The perfect vacation on HHI!

We had the perfect vacation in your villa over the 4th of July week. We found the villa exactly like the photos and could not be happier. We traveled with two other couples and one stayed next door also owned by Jeff. This villa was perfect as well. The Beach and Tennis Resort seams to be a bit older as is the case with most of HHI property but was well maintained. The large pool was very clean and big. The beach was perfect; just minutes from the door. The villa had everything you could ask for including the view from the patio – perfect! The kitchen had everything needed and more. The bedrooms were quite and comfortable. The WiFi gave us no issue and connected fine. I would highly recommend this villa. If you are looking at staying at the HHIBTR make sure you research the villa given many are very outdated and have minimal offerings. You just can not do better then this unit. We will most definitely be back next year. Thanks Jeff for making this an outstanding experience and vacation!

We came to the condo for a girls getaway, and had such an amazing time! The condo was so clean and comfortable. The decor is very warm and welcoming, and we all felt right at home.The pools and beach are in a fair walking distance, and the beach was clean and not over crowded. We had a great time. We stayed in Jeff's condo for New Years weekend,even though it was very cold we were warm and comfortable. The unit is as clean & nice as it looks in the pictures. We visited September 17 - 20, 2009. The villa was perfect for us. The decor was very relaxing it was clean. We enjoyed the view from the living room and the long deck. Our 4 year old twins loved the 2nd bedroom and the space to expolore in the villa. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach, pool fun, and lots of fun bicycle rides. We would definitely love to visit this villa again.

Had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated, fully equipped villa - couldn't think of anything that was missing. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony sipping coffee for hours looking at that great ocean view - had a gorgeous rainbow one day. The plush bath linens and upgraded bed linens were a nice touch that you don't often find at most villas. I do believe it must be the prettiest one in HHI Beach and Tennis Resort -- oops, forgot there is one next door with same owner that must ber just as nice!! Can't wait to book another time soon. This condo was lovely, extremely clean, and very convenient to the beach. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Four of us stayed at this condo the week of Jan. 27 - Feb. 2/09. We found the home to be comfortable roomy enough for two couples, close to the ocean, close to Savannah and Charleston. The beds were comfortable and it was so handy to use a kitchen that had all the amenitites and utensils you could ask for. Great showers. Lovely balcony for ocean viewing. Lots of sightings of cardinals too. Thanks to Jeff and his family for a great stay.

We just returned from Hilton Head and had a wonderful vacation. Jeff's villa was very impressive. The photos are accurate, but do not do the villa full justice. The villa is very comfortable and feels like "home." The view of the ocean is amazing and you can hear the waves from the balcony every morning. The resort was very family friendly and the villa is well worth it. Jeff was very kind and provided us with directions and also with information about Hilton Head and places to go for entertainment and dining. Our first trip to Hilton Head and it won't be our last. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful and very comfortable condo for the second time this May. It is so relaxing and makes you feel right at home. The view from the balcony is one that you want to sit and look at constantly. The separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms makes this perfect for others in the condo. Everying is so private this way. We hope to definitely stay in this condo again ASAP! I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if this condo were available. It couldn't be any more perfect. Our family has visited the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort for each of the last six years. We have stayed in this beautiful villa for the past two years and would not consider staying anywhere else on Hilton Head . We have stayed at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis resort for the last 12-15 years and this condo was by far the most homey and comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated place in the lot. The Dombrowski's have thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely want to stay there the next time we come to Hilton Head Island. This is my 2nd year staying in this condo. I've never seen any rental this beautiful - instead of the usual tacky plastic and wicker stuff, these furnishings are luxury with granite kitchen and baths, comfy beds and even coffee supplies. Will be back every year. Lovely owners make it very easy.

My husband, two teenage boys and I stayed in this condo from July 8th - July 15th. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It was the first time my husband and boys have seen the ocean and the view from the balcony is wonderful. If we vacation in Hilton Head again we will surely stay in this condo again. We rented this condo for a week in June 2006. We've stayed in many condos in Hilton Head and other resort areas and this was the nicest by far. It is beautifully decorated, the furniture and beds are comfortable and it's very spacious. There is so much attention to detail that I can't list everything. We also loved the resort which we had not stayed at before. Also, Jeff made the process before and after our vacation easy and seamless. We would definitely rent this villa again

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo with a friend while participating in a local tennis tournament. My experience was awesome. The location is ideal. From the balcony I enjoyed seeing the ocean, and the swimming pool. The decor is beautiful and customized so that it really feels like home. I didn't want to leave, and I will definitely be returning. I just hope it's available when I call!!!

Recently stayed in this villa and we loved it. We have stayed at Beach & Tennis atleast six times, but never in a villa decorated so nice. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in Hilton Head. The villa was so nicely and had everyting we needed. The pool and ocean were steps away. We could watch our children from the balcony. A truly relaxing getaway. The condo was beautifully decorated, one of the nicest condos we have stayed at. Great ocean views enjoyed from the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee. Quiet surroundings and just a few yards from the ocean. My husband and I would definately stay here again.
