This three bedroom, three bath Condo located within the Sandestin Resort boasts Gulf front and side views. It also overlooks the lagoon shaped heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and kids shallow pool. It is exquisitely and tastefully decorated with many upgrades. There are stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops. From the two king bedrooms to the twin bedroom there is a view of the ocean.
The resort has 2400 acres that hold four golf courses, 16 tennis courts, a marina, and much more. Within the resort is the village of Baytowne that has 12 restaurants, many fine shops, and a new playground for the children. From the live entertainment to the outdoor festivities it is by far what resort vacationing is about. I know why they were disappointed when I took it off their program.

5 of us stayed at this condo in October 2010. We were very pleased with every aspect of our trip to Destin, including the accommodations in this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable too! Working with the owner was easy also. Would definitely look to stayy in this condo again if we return to Destin. Thanks!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
