Private lighted tennis courts, a large pool, and a beautiful lake, perfect for fishing, complete the setting for an elegant, relaxed vacation. Our villa boasts a spectacular long lagoon and golf view of the ninth hole of Brigantine from the large deck, dining area and master suite.
A spacious master bedroom suite with king-size bed, 25 inch TV and large bathroom with tub. The second bedroom, which has its own private full bath with bath/shower, can be furnished with either two twin beds or a kingsized bed. This second master bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV also.
There is a separate wet bar, for those who like something other than Diet Coke.
There is a bright, airy living room, with fire place, ample seating (with sleep sofa), a 25 inch TV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo. Dining room table comfortably seats six. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for four.We also have high speed wireless internet, with a fax machine and copier.
We also proudly feature the following:
1. four bicyles in excellent condition in their neatly stored racks for easy access, storage, and usage. This is valued at over $100/week.
2. four tennis rackets and balls
3. two fishing poles and equipment
4. brand new outside Weber propane grill
5. golf clubs for casual use
Lastly, there is sun, sun, sun from your private, upper patio, eqipped with its own table, chairs, and new Weber propane grill. This patio is to die for, because of its privacy, sun, and views featuring "Wally" the alligator and laughs you will surely have from watching the motley style golf swings, which occur just below you. It's better than going to Disney World, or to the movies, or renting a video... particularly with a little wine and cheese!

Our villa has a great location, close to the beach and close to the pool; we are also located near both Shipyard entrances for easy access to shopping, dining, pharmacy, etc. Evian is a lovely private serene location within Shipyard Plantation.
