The living room and the master bedroom suite are situated right on the beachfront which opens onto a large private patio with unobstructed ocean views and direct beach access from the patio. The patio decks are comfortably furnished with chairs, ottomans, and tables. There is a private shower at the base of the stairs on the beach.
There is no bike path or walkway in front of this home, just the sand and water. You are a 5 minute walk to the Venice Pier.
This spacious condominium was completely remodeled in May, 2008 with a full stainless steel kitchen and LCD flat screen TV's in the master suite and living room. It is only a 5 minute walk (north) to the Venice Pier where there are numerous restaurants and cafes, market, bike and skate rentals and retail stores.
