A beautiful oceanfront three bedroom, two bath ground floor condominium. The living room and the master bedroom suite are situated right on the beachfront which opens onto a large private patio with unobstructed ocean views and direct beach access from the patio. The patio decks are comfortably furnished with chairs, ottomans, and tables. There is a private shower at the base of the stairs on the beach.
There is no bike path or walkway in front of this home, just the sand and water. You are a 5 minute walk to the Venice Pier.
This spacious condominium was completely remodeled in May, 2008 with a full stainless steel kitchen and LCD flat screen TV's in the master suite and living room. This home is elegantly furnished like a Five Star Hotel; this is not your typical beach rental! The unit is fully equipped with linens, down-filled pillows and comforters, towels, kitchen utensils, cable TV, internet access, beach chairs and umbrellas.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, flat screen LCD television and plenty of closet space. The master bathroom contains a shower and wet sauna. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plus use of a hallway bath and the third bedroom has bunk beds.
This smoke-free condominium is a resort-style property that combines a sense of luxurious indoor and outdoor living. The unit is ideally located in prime real estate on the Marina Peninsula. It is only a 5 minute walk (north) to the Venice Pier where there are numerous restaurants and cafes, market, bike and skate rentals and retail stores.
