Located only mintues from Grand Lake, this great home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third bedroom is located in the walkout basement and has its own wood burning stove. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace and a large window for enjoying the tremendous view from inside. Enjoy the summer days relaxing on the large covered deck. There are all new appliances, cupboards, countertops and floor in the kitchen.
This home does allow 2 adult housebroken dogs, so bring your best friend with you on vacation. Plenty of wildlife including moose, deer, elk and fox frequent this area. During the summer you can enjoy golfing at Grand Lake Golf course, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park or Arapahoe National Forest, boating in Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake or Lake Granby and ATVing in Arapahoe National Forest. In the winter, you can snowmobile right from your door to the trails or even into town. You can snowshoe or cross country ski on groomed trails at the Grand Lake Nordic Center or in Rocky Mountain National Park. This is truly a year round home.
