Located in Solana beach, a 5 minute walk from Del Mar's "Dog Beach". Both the bedroom and living room have unobstructed ocean views. Great white sand beaches and fantastic Surfing directly in front of the unit.
This is the perfect location for someone who wants both the surf and the turf. Located five minutes from the Del Mar Race Track. (For those interested, the owner has Turf Club Tickets available.) This condominium complex offers a gated environment with steps to the beach. A shared swimming pool, two large spas, four tennis courts, and covered parking (two reserved spaces).
