Location, location, location, only a half block to the lake. Treat your family and friends to a wonderful vacation at Lake Tahoe. Our non-smoking four bedroom, two and a half bath, dog friendly home backs up to the National Forest with hiking and snowshoeing trails right out your back door. Just a short walk to restaurants (Garwood, CB'S Pizza and Old Post Office), Patton Beach (dog friendly), lake with public pier and miniature golf course for the whole family to enjoy. This home is located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City on the North Shore. Easy access from either Highway 267 or 89.

The house is newer construction (1999) with great southern exposure sun with filtered lake views from the master and second bedroom located upstairs. Downstairs is a good-size living room with fireplace (TV/VCR, couch bed) which opens to the dining area. Large open kitchen with forest view, half bath, garage with mid-size pool table and dog run in backyard. Whole house is very bright and open with large windows letting the feeling of Tahoe in. Upstairs is a large master bedroom/bath with a panoramic view window which on a full moon night is fantastic.

Bedrooms:
1) Master with filtered lake view - queen and twin (TV/VCR/DVD) plus bath with shower/bath.
2) Second bedroom with filtered lake view- - queen bed and TV.
3) Third bedroom with forest view - queen bed and TV.
4) Fourth bedroom with forest view - king bed and twin bunk. Second bathroom with shower/bath.

The home is on a flat level lot with lots of parking for cars, RV's, boats and toys. Many extras include, kayaks, sleds, horseshoes, etc. Just minutes to Brockway Golf Course, five miles to North Shore casinos, five miles to Tahoe City and 15 miles to skiing at Northstar, Squaw, Alpine Meadows or Homewood. Inquire, for rates can vary for non-peak times (fall, spring or early summer) and three month ski lease and monthly rentals.

So bring the kids, friends, pet and the bear necessities to enjoy Lake Tahoe and all it's activities close at hand!!
